Welcome to Upwardly.Best! This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we get your purchased products from our door to yours. Please read the following information carefully to understand our processing times, shipping options, fees, and related procedures.
My primary goal is to ensure your order is delivered safely, efficiently, and in a timely manner.
1. Order Processing Time
Order processing is the time it takes me to prepare your item(s) for shipment, including packaging. This does not include shipping transit time.
Standard Orders: Orders placed and paid for before 4:00 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) on a business day (Monday-Friday, excluding US public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
Pre-orders or Custom Items: For items marked as “pre-order” or “made-to-order,” specific processing timelines will be clearly stated on the product page. These timelines will vary and take precedence over the standard processing time.
2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
Domestic Shipping: I currently ship within the United States. All domestic packages are typically shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) or other reliable carriers like UPS/FedEx based on the best available rate and delivery speed.
International Shipping: At this time, I am unable to offer international shipping outside the United States.
3. Shipping Options & Costs
I aim to keep shipping costs reasonable and transparent.
Standard Shipping (Contiguous US): A flat shipping fee will be applied to all orders. The exact cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the package weight.
Free Shipping Threshold: I offer FREE Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over a specified amount. This amount will be prominently displayed on the website.
Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping options (e.g., Priority Mail, 2-Day Shipping) may be available at an additional cost. You can select and view the cost of these options during checkout.
4. Delivery Times & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Domestic Estimates:
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after shipment.
Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days after shipment.
Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond my control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or incorrect address details.
5. Returns, Exchanges, & Shipping Responsibilities
My Return & Exchange Policy provides detailed information, but here is a summary of shipping responsibilities:
Items Damaged or Incorrectly Shipped: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item due to an error on my part, I will cover the full cost of return shipping and the shipment of the replacement item.
Customer-Initiated Returns/Exchanges (Change of Mind): If you wish to return or exchange an item for any reason other than damage or error on my part (e.g., size, style), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. I will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt, and items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to me due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package from the carrier, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
6. Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Upwardly.Best are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon my delivery of the package to the carrier (e.g., USPS).
7. Force Majeure
I will not be held responsible for any delays or failures in performance resulting from acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials, or any other event beyond my reasonable control.

I reserve the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time to reflect changes in my operations or shipping carriers. The most current version will always be posted on this website with an updated “Last Updated” date.
